Shipping and Delivery
How We Do It
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Our Return Policy
The Small Print
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us, however, if you would like to return your item, we ask that it is in original condition and returned to us within 45 days. Yarn that has been wound, balled, or caked is not eligible for return. Books, patterns, and kits are not returnable.
